STUDI KOMPARATIF PENGGUNAAN DIGITAL PAYMENT TERHADAP PERILAKU ONLINE IMPULSE BUYING (STUDI KASUS : PENGGUNA OVO, GOPAY DAN SHOPEEPAY)

چکیده

This study aims to determine the differences in use of digital payment Ovo, Gopay and Shopeepay on level behavior online impulse buying. The population this is a users (OVO,Gopay, or Shopeepay) are already using app for at least 6 months number samples amounted 96 people with each 32 respondents per application Collection through google form that was distributed social media twitter instagram. Based results questionnaire were processed SPSS 25 hypothesis testing found no difference buying based mean frequency distribution variable (Y) score highest user by 3,49. Respondents agreed indicator spontaneity average biggest 4.62 compared other indicators (Y). Ovo accepted, meaning (X) effect user's Gopay, Hypothesis t table prove accepted rejected. proves existence between although not too significant, so further research needed factors other.
